How to choose 800x480 screen resolution on Libretto 110CT
Posted: 25-Jun-2008 01:33

Hi,

I have a 110CT and the available options for screen resolution in Win98 are 640x480 and 800x600. The screen is 800x480 and I'd like to be able to use that resolution as the smaller res is too small and the larger one requires moving the mouse to see the whole screen.

Is there any way to set the screen to 800x480 in Win98?

thanks,
Chris

The display screen resolution depends on the graphic driver.
If a graphic driver supports your favourite resolution, then you would be able to choose it.
But if the driver doesn’t support it, then unfortunately you will be not able to choose it.

Hi

I found out that this “tiny baby” supports a NeoMagic SVGA graphic controller (NM2160).
This is a really special graphic chip and I think you will find only a compatible driver on the Toshiba European driver page.

But if you want, you can google a little bit and maybe you will be lucky.
