I never though that this small "slit" that I didn't even notice was the place where you needed to introduce the card. To be honest I don’t know exactly what you mean saying chip but usually the sim card slot is read to use.<br />

Usually the SIM card slot is under the battery. So if you remove the battery you should see a small slot where you can insert the SIM card. <br />
